Whenever you are trying to update your WordPress to it’s latest version and you are having cache plugins like W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache, than no changes will take place in your website/blog because these cache plugins are caching your website and will must display a cached version of your website for a short time until they cache the latest version. If you want to display the latest version of your website/blog than there are two ways from which you can do this. The first way is that to delete these plugins. If you want to keep your plugins and still want to show the latest version immediately than the second way is here. In the second way you will have to clear the cache in WordPress by the help of plugins. So today in my this post I will tell you how to clear cache in WordPress with the help of plugins like W3 Total Cache or WP Super Cache.

Clear Cache using W3 Total Cache

Below are the steps to clear cache in WordPress using W3 Total Cache.

  1. Login to your WordPress Dashboard.
  2. Go to the “Performance” menu and click “Dashboard“. 
  3. Click “ Empty all cache“. 

This will completely clear cache in WordPress.

Clear Cache using WP Super Cache

Below are the steps to clear cache in WordPress using WP Super Cache.

  1. Login to your WordPress Dashboard.
  2. Go to the plugins link on the left sidebar. Find the WP Super Cache plugin and click “Settings“.
  3. At last click “Empty all cache“.

This will completely clear cache in WordPress.
